Well I mentioned earlier that the prospectus didn't have any option for public offer so it was very much a surprise that someone (might have even been you Reddevil) said it appeared open on their website. Then from memory someone said they contacted the company who said there was indeed a very small public offer after all - who knows if that was the intention but they didn't end up needing it after getting sufficient spread from BP.
