The 26 minute video on their website is well worth a listen. Like that this is already 4 to 5 years in the making, and undergoing the first phase. Yes, this phase goes for 15 to 24 months but there will be updates on the way and if positive should reflect well on the share price on it's journey. I assume aside from the 175 million shares being sought, the 20 to 22 million free float is convertible note holders? I'm happy with this as I'd say most are probably going to see how this pans out. The conversion for them is 15 cents a share. Like also it's based in the US at the COH.
