Priority Review Voucher – only available once the drug hit the market, so after phase III clinical trials and FDA review and approve the drug. You can have ten thousand Priority Review Vouchers, but unless a drug makes it to market after phase III, it is worth nothing.

I will leave It at that, again cancer treatment options are always needed, lots of player in the market, lots of approved therapy including PRRT.

It is a very interesting first post indeed. I can understand your reluctance to comment as I am the same, however you must feel very strongly about Clarity because you have taken the time to provide a non experts take on all matters that experts have already opined on.

My reading of pharma in general is that if there is even a minor improvement to the underlying performance of an existing treatment then people will move mountains to implement the process. In the developed world, the reality is that people will pay for better treatment and the better treatment will generally prevail and overcome any logistical hurdles.

I am long on this one and I know that demand from experts was very high. People/groups who do know better have put their money where their mouth is.
