CleanSpace is a unique and high caliber companywith a strong business outlook, high gross margins and exporting to over 50countries. Since covid business has grown exponentially asthey now have diversified revenue streams from Industrial to Healthcare focus. Major business is export (around 70-80% sales) andUS hospitals pay a deposit on order and balance before products are shipped,good for cashflow. Balance sheet is clean, capital light with no IP orgoodwill.
Management is very highly regarded as is ChairmanRon W ex Nanasonics.
There is a selldown, however, it’s not frommanagement but from existing funds who have been invested for 5-10 years.
Quality company and will do well in the short andlong term.
