The offer was for 20,000,000 Shares at an issue price of 20c each to raise $4,000,000, Blitzbuster.
Oversubscriptions of up to 10,000,000 Shares to raise a further $2,000,000 were to be accepted.
As per the Update, Coolgardie reports having received subscriptions in excess of $4,000,000.
