PVL are low on cash and in a recent ASX announcement stated: "Additional Portfolio liquidity from PVL's second liquidity event (CropLogic ASX IPO)" There is no voluntary escrow stated in the prospectus. Consider the impact on share price of the largest shareholder looking to exit.
