At IPO season it mentioned 78 probes which wouldn’t of had sufficient coverage over the 60,000 acres.
The model reads to me as they charge per acreage coverage and the 1,000 probes will provide full coverage of the 60,000
The capital structure of the business was well and truly cooked from day 1 with the 45% convertible notes & PVL co invested seed holders.
I’m wondering if anyone has a view on fundamentals from a product perspective.
