DBI stacked with debt:
Enterprise value $3b+ shareholder equity only $1.2b.
Proposed dividend is the lipstick on the pig to grab the attention of retail investors (no wonder institutional investors are not interested), this dividend is very exposed if interest rates rise.
16.6 times EBITDA to enterprise value: very expensive listing price. Compare this to listed alternative AZJ.
