Just on the warrants, am I reading this correctly? They will be priced 5% higher than the ADS's? If so, that's a ridiculously low strike price.
From the F1:
"The warrants offered hereby will be immediately exercisable on the date of issuance, will expire five years from the date of issuance, and each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one ADS at an exercise price of US$ per whole ADS (105% of the public offering price per unit)."
