Mmm, the only reason I can think of for the radio silence is that they already have commitments to bid to a certain level, thus no need to spruik it as they are happy.
They did take snowlake through an IPO so I do have some hope of a successful launch, there just seems to be a real lack of fanfare for this one, not 100% sure why, wishful thinking that it's the keen US investors.
