I will try and read the tea leaves again for what little it's worth:
Nova Minerals started to list on the NASDAQ and the NASDAQ made some stipulations (ie board make up, etc) that Nova were not prepared to meet. So, they went to the more expensive NYSE. At the last minute the NASDAQ came back with a compromise deal. So, we are back at the NASDAQ where we belong.
One thing is for sure. The NASDAQ and the NYSE have put Nova Minerals through a very fine filter as part of this IPO and as a result what is in the prospectus is the most reliable information we have ever had to make our investment decisions.
