Long time holder here.. moved to the Sates a couple years ago..
I spoke to thinkequity today re NVA listing. They explained something to the effect of.. the NYSE requires at least 400 different investors for listing.. apparently the brokerage firms were having a hard time getting all paperwork in order.. in time.. (perhaps due to international investors? Idk) and .. So instead.. (prob also bec they already told everyone in Australia they will be listing now and it's end of June) they pivoting to nasdaq.
I'm sure there are other factors but at least that's what they told me today on the phone.
either way.. they reckon the comps are good and it can easily run.. the nasdaq is a different beast
I only see listing in the States as a good thing. ASX is not working for us.
