1. Load up on cheap debt
2. Buy the bci mining royalty
3. Buy Hhm for the stn royalty on Apollo hill
4. takeover maximus resources
5. Rip into a lot of family officers with royalties on iron ore and take out as many as they can
6. Provide immediate debt funding to the following gold miners to get their projects off the ground in exchange for commercial NSRs
BDC
GMD
BRB
YDL
AND MANY MORE
7. Branch out into the management of native title royalties with a platform to administer, track and audit companies paying correct royalties
8. Make sure they have the best royalty laywers in the land writing their royalties to make them water tight and strong
