    If you are not SELLing today give them time (but still write in at least once not just voice calls to CS)... If you want to sell give them hell (without being abussive or rude)

    If you have ALL in writing than atleast you can ask for compensation if prices tank.... Unlikely you will get much as TC exclude things like this but they might give you some free trades
