I like the fact that they offer a 4% annual yield all land owned is freehold with the exception of Brisbane which is owned by the Airport. The cornerstone investors are quality long only overseas Insto funds. This only leaves around $650m for local Instos with the aim of creating a tight register forcing the local Instos, fund managers and ETF funds to invest that will be underweight a stock large enough for S&P/ASX200 inclusion for March25.
Medibank was one of the last big IPO's raising $5.7B in Nov 2014. It listed in November 2014 and opened around 10% higher and by index inclusion a few month later it was up 25%.
I applied with multiple brokers and the scale backs were from 50-70%. All brokers closed the offer early.
