Ok.. so the raise was 26mil but the owners also had the right to sell down 8.8mil as well so about 35mil. They had cornetsone support of 16mil.. given they had an insto offer, followed by a Chaimrna slist then th ebroker offer (and Canaccord is not exactly small), then I really cannot see there much being left for the public.
I suggest you call the company and find out how you can apply if not going through Canaccord
