Level playing field for holders ie 20 cent IPO. Interesting one which I tossed up as to whether to invest but didn't. May regret my decision. You nailed it with the drilling aspect but it also does have many positives. EV, money and management track record along with targeting the right assets.
Hope it goes well as all the ones I've seen so far this year haven't set the world on fire. GHY ACE to mention two.
