All fair points. I think honing in on lack of diamond drilling plans in the prospectus is disingenuous. No explorer uses diamond drilling straight up without first having got a whiff with some AC and then RC drilling. Even then they’ll do soil sampling and find anomalies before they even consider drilling.

Yes it frees JRL up to focus on McDermitt but LD’s history has always been in project development. They’ve pegged ground and got first mover advantage in a lot of regions. Pegging the dirt themselves rather than doing expensive acquisitions. If they don’t peg if, they’ve mostly acquired ground from people who were looking for other minerals (i.e. gold).

time will tell but at a $3m EV with a passionate and young leader with an experienced ‘been there and done that’ board, potentially plenty of upside. Suggest the over subscription is a good show of faith here.
