If that's the case then I have lost all faith in the public float system, I applied 3/2 which was well and truly before the close date and fractionally after it opened. Zero confidence instilled that it is an equal chance. I'm 21 yrs old - that small 2k allocation would've meant the world to me and virtually nothing to the guys behind it. Has also meant that my capital was locked up whilst the end result was most likely going to be a no from the beginning... Difficult to have respect for a system that has none for its participants.
