Just a small fry investor (pun intended) but what caught my eye was that 85% of Sydney Rock oysters are bought/consumed within NSW... Considering the current and probably increasing tensions with China, perhaps it's good thathere we have a product with strong local demand and not at the moment exposure to highly uncertain export markets, particularly to China...
