Unfortunately, Learnicon is the biggest winner here - USD$400,000 repaid in cash plus 7,166,667 shares issued.
Those shares at the current price of 15c equate to over $1M worth. And the prospectus does not indicate escrow.
Along with the 5.8M shares issued to noteholders that got in at 12c, they will need to provide newsflows over the next month or so to have this going back up.
Unfortunately, Learnicon is the biggest winner here -...
