Perfect storm for Emerald IPO imo for reasons you stated above. All these CBD companies facing class action lawsuits would be the price consumers of real world data, that Emerald would gather.
Same with all licensed producers of cannabis. They don't actually have detailed information about what happens with patients on ongoing & regular doses of their products.
