    The initial share capital is 181m shares at 25c.

    The cash being raised via Taylor Collinson is $7m ( 28m at 25c )

    Post IPO, there are about 61m options and 55m Milestone shares for Cadence ( UK based tenement vendor )

    The pre-IPO shares were issued at 20c
