I believe Mark Calderwood was thrown out a bit timewise with ASX TAW issues that had to be dealt with. Thus the IPO was extended.

Canaccord is handling the IPO so unless you are a client of theirs, there is little chance that you will receive any paperwork to participate in the IPO.
