Talk about confusion re getting an allotment & refund, like a Benny Hill story, clearly a few 1st timers buying in an IPO.
Different brokers will share their allotment between differing applicants, you never know what your going to get, can't compare to to other brokers split.
Anyway more importantly what about FFF, well I haven't read prospectus back to front yet, but just couple points, I read someone posted it's a tightly held stock....what with 2 owners holding just 20% of SOI, that's one of the loosest held IPO's by management I've come across. The rest of the Top20 is irrelevant as their not escrowed so they can flip flop their shares at will.
Also raw sales/ revenue figures look better here than WOA, but where's the standout product that's going to grab investors attention??
baby food sector, hardly, market is saturated.
Don't be fooled by the 'oversubscribed' phrase or 'closing IPO' early it's all smokes n mirrors, propaganda, very likley it'll open at 30c or so, but that's on sector sentiment, not anything else.
Anybody know if there was seed investors & at what price? or series A and/or B funding prior? Will check prospectus for details later.
I put bid in OnMarket, but cancelled it as no time to research properly prior to closing.
