FCC.TSX last traded at CA$1.47, CO1.ASX at A$0.12, and CSK.TSX (CobalTech) at CA$0.35.
This implies a merged group MC of ~A$200m, but the two Canadian stocks appear to have spiked heavily in anticipation of the merger, so it's difficult to judge the true value.
There was also to be 189.4m issued shares for the merged group - 57.5m existing, 107.7m new, 0.4m to Cobalt One option holders, and 23.8m under the ColbalTech transaction. I am only seeing 107m shares on issue.
What am I missing?
