TIE is very similar to KCN, i've told you all about the African Lady compared to Thai lady in the past..
News Today is Directors have recommended all TIE shareholders accept the revised takeover bid and sell on-market to get there cash quicker as takeover will be successfull..
This means there is going to be a flood of TIE takeover cash looking for a new home in a spicy jurisdiction because they are not pussy's !
I know all TIE shareholders that are friends of mine are rolling it out of TIE into KCN, so don't even think about selling KCN here.
NOTE:
TIE Market cap at takeover price ---- $764 Million
KCN Market cap currently ------- $435 Million
TIE ---- Already Producing 150,000 ounces at AISC $1,280
KCN--- Hopefully 120,000 ounces at AISC $1,200
Therefore KCN should expect a market cap around 80% of TIE as at today's valuation and production levels......or $612 million. or $2.37 a KCN share.
