Hope you're right Don, would be great, but I think the IPO would be the bear case!
my read is that the price has gone up with our improving finances and the bull case is that we look to develop NE to a MRE with a view to monetise. That would be debt or internal funding, they being cheapest as a source of funds. An IPO is on the cards if we can't fund internally or by debt
By the end of Q2 we will have more visibility on
- prodn from plant No1
- loan rollover or new loan
.which will both materially impact cash flow.
based on these going favourably, the optimistic case would be how to fund a drilling programme. A successful programme would certainly unlock value for investors.
If they don't go well, we're back to square one to some extent and maybe an IPO might be the go. In that event canaccord maybe charged with finding a cornerstone investor, or at least a high level or commitment and maybe underwrite?
but we'll see...exciting times either way!
