they wrote it as a disclaimer in official research report, then it must be real. Why else say you expect to receive fees for investment banking services within 3 months. Investment banking services fees is exactly what it means..... Cannacord would understand Silver is hot and there are very few big silver deposits, so I'm sure they could float it as an IPO to there clients.....Building a processing plant is than a future problem for all the Mum's and dad's who buy in the IPO...Cannacord just wants there fees.
Cannacord are a huge Canadian investment bank. Cannacord are monsters. They do IPOs for hundreds of millions.
They IPO companies... If they are expecting investment banking services fees then it suggests they maybe IPO floating Neuva Esperanza as a seperate company.
The only question I have is do KCN shareholders receive free shares in this silver IPO, or do Kingsgate just receive cash.
