I look forward to seeing how this unfolds and the returns they get from their incubation model.

Curious also as to how much cash they will pocket to keep funding the ongoing running of the business.

The incubation / 'trading' of businesses could be a far faster way to get return for shareholders, assuming they do it well.

IMHO a good development - depending on price.
