Interesting, I believe the Owner-Operators got paid in stock escrowed for 2 years worth about 75% of the company. So they have huge incentives to achieve in the medium term, that's the sort of dynamic that catches my eye.
Plus they stated acquisitions would be targetted at no more than 4 times EBITDA so in theory could reinvest capital at 15%+.
Having said that not much track history and RTOs are often RTOs for a reason. Seems to be one where it's about trusting management. Will see if they are the "did what we said we would" types when earnings and acquisitions are announced in coming months.
