Yeah I was originally thinking of clients myself but I would have thought that the entire system is centralised & regulated so that you can set yourself up relatively easily plus as you get bigger it gets easier. I guess it depends on S&D equation (not personally close to this).

I don't get the barrier on staff tho beyond the usual good pay & conditions - maybe I'm missing something as I am not in the industry.

(except the current labour tightness)

Acquas are obv easier but you have to pay for them and then integrate, etc, etc

Very interesting business & proposition and will watch how it trades - will con note holders in at 14c selldown?
IMO I think 20c is fair value right now (too conservative?).
