If you received it in mail then you must be a GXY shareholder.
You must put your SRN or HIN number at top of page 105 to get preference for GXY shareholders.
Chess or HIN number should be shown on your GXY holding statement.
No provision for B pay for this one, so send form & cheque to the address shown. [I'll probably use the Perth address as it's their head office.]
Minimum amount is $2000 & $500 increments thereafter.
I expect if they scale it back that 50,000 shares is a nice round number.
In the past, 50,000 has been the magic number-over that amount & they chop you back severely.
