The key differences between this Prospectus and the Original Prospectus are:
(a) additional disclosure with respect to the Jacket and Jacket App;
(b) additional disclosure in relation to the future product lines of the
Company;
(c) additional disclosure in relation to the clinical trials undertaken by the
Company in relation to its products; and
(d) additional disclosure with respect to the application of Australian
takeovers laws to the Company and the differences between Australian
law and Cayman Islands law.
