Thanks squidd, yes you may be right there. I have been looking at Equatorial Resources PFS (next door in ROC) from 2014 as appears similar to Baniaka in some respects.

Mine site costs (Mining & Processing) came to US$20/t so if Baniaka similar cost, then with rail & port it would be more likely US$35 - $40 FOB Owendo.
I am trying to find out what SETRAG would charge for railway freight. Baniaka to Owendo via Franceville is 700 kms, so would need to have a reasonable per km/t rate for the mining companies.
