The reason some investors are not seeing their GRL purchased...

The reason some investors are not seeing their GRL purchased shares in their HIN A/c is because the names on the purchase application did not match exactly the name recorded against their HIN account (broker sponsored account). As such the purchased shares have been issued by Automic in the name provided on the share application.

One comment above suggested this can be amended over the phone with Automic. Well, I spoke with Automic this afternoon and the only way to change a registered holding is in writing. They have a form on their website which must be completed and submitted in writing. Once you have amended the name to match your HIN account you can then contact your preferred broker sponsored entity and transfer the shares into your account where the in-specie shares have been allocated.

Definately cannot be done over the phone.
