It seems the problem is with Atomic and they should rectify by making it a simple procedure.
The reception one might receive at Atomic depends on who answers your call at the their end.

no, even a comma or a hyphen or a wrong shape bracket () vs <> can stop the application from going through and dont forget there were thousands of ARL holders so thousands of HIN / SRN to reconcile.
