This holding will not be view-able in your trading account.I have attached a Name Correction form for you to complete so that after the registration details have been updated, you can then contact your broker to have the shares transferred into your CHESS Holding.Due to a large volume of emails, if this is an urgent request please call our office.** End quote.
As we see, they have told us all more than one story so it’s obviously a staff ability issue. We can use the form or call.
The main point I can deduce? They’ve probably been paid for their services before completing the job!
