I wouldn't compare BW Equities and Alto capital.
BW did AL8 and the major allocations of stock went to people who genuinely understand the small cap mining industry.
Alto recently did FZO which fell sub issue. Only when the Alto advisory mandate was cancelled did BW step in and buy 50% of the register with the shares now 28c and looking to head higher.
I wouldn't compare BW Equities and Alto capital. BW did AL8 and...
