normally there a portion of shares to be sell by the company or owners... thats one reason people sell down ipo since they not making a lost...
people who brought from ipo wont be dumb enough selling at lost...
another reason under ipo is people want to pumb it and dump it but they fail to pumb... so in the end they have to sell at a lost...
ipo day is very easy to make money ...
you buy it early and pumb it and sell.. easy 10 percent profit... but sometime it backfired..
all part of the game.. cant win all the time..
