Welcome aboard.. Yes you will get your money back for the difference. Also do not listen to everyone you come across, you will find people up talking how they picked up Disallowed, 20 bagger and 100 bagger stocks. There are some lucky one's out there but most of them are just talks.
Managed Funds, ETFs and LICs are an integral part of any heatlhy portfolio so you have done well with your choice here. Always remember the importance of a diversified portfolio and know what you are investing in. If you can make anything north of 10% ROI per annum over a 10 year period, you are doing pretty well IMHO.
