Who is eligible to participate in the Offer?

No general public offer of the Greatland Shares will be made under the Offer. Members of the public wishing to apply for Greatland Shares under the Offer must do so through a Broker with a firm allocation of Greatland Shares under the Broker Firm Offer. See Section 6.7 for further details on who may apply under the Broker Firm Offer. The minimum Application size under the Offer is A$2,000.
