• Institutional Offer: which consists of an invitation to bid for Greatland Shares made to certain Institutional Investors inAustralia, New Zealand and certain other eligible jurisdictions and the:
• Broker Firm Offer: which is open to Australian resident retail clients of participating Brokers, who receive an invitation fromtheir Broker to acquire Greatland Shares.

No general public offer of Shares will be made under the Offer.
