The update is the float failed, the board were removed bar one director, a new investor came in post float failure to capitalise the Company to provide liquidity and pursue operations.

Six chinese companies seeking HPQ were supplied bulk samples for analysis to verify the ore as being HPQ that can be beneficiated to 4 nines at least.
Pending results the Co expects to have offtake agreements for supply to these manufacturers very soon, most likely outcome is that a few of them will fund mining and exports using forward supply as surety.One of these interested parties is now a massive solar panel producer with their own beneficiation plants to maximise the HPQ grade for their own use.

Shareholders will be updated over the next month of the game plan. The non quartz minerals may be spun out in the process.The geo is onsite collecting phosphate and granite.rocks for assaying to check for Phoshorous and REE prospectivity.

It's moving in the right direction for now, but we will see soon enough.
