    My guess is anyone taking stock in this IPO is asking for a haircut.

    completely overpriced business plan.

    plenty of people stuck from prior con note raisings will also be looking to get out. It was supposed to IPO over a year ago and then again mid last year. They dropped the EV by 10 mil but still way too expensive.
