seems to be falling a lot as its a new ipo and the market in general is terrible. ARF is maintaining its price around the same. CQE around the same $3.60 plus. this just needs some news flow on what they are going to invest in from here. circa $400m for acquisitions, still available.
im just in this long term for the stable yield. as its healthcare/wellness, i dont expect too much volatility. its not risky assets at all.
note it is wellness wording also in the mandate which includes childcare(but it wont be overweight in it)
