You need to get the registrar to transfer your shares to your broker HIN, once you get the SRN you can do this via your Automic account.
Go into your Automic account, find your broker HIN, click add holding, select HMI & then enter the SRN. Usually takes a couple of days to update.
I have had holdings manually added to a HIN via Automic.
I would have thought they could have looked up the SRN for you.
