That's surprising. I called on Monday this week and spoke to someone immediately. A few minutes later I received an email with a few questions, returned it and two days later had a call from one of their lending managers.
From their website it does say that they only lend to businesses in certain areas. Perhaps that has caused a delay in enquiry.
On the other hand, if they are that busy that they have delays in responding, in a way, that's a good thing!
