Looking at KM1 distribution list issued today. Forget those sub 5000 as the mininum amout of shares was 8000 so that's from the in-speccie.
That leaves 872 shareholders who may have been eligible to take part in the Priority Offer. Make an assumption that maybe the largest shareholders didn't and say 50 holders 5000 and above didn't partake or aren't new holders from the Offer (IMO conservative figures). Two million dollars divided by 800 equals $2500. If it had of been fair and equitable each share holder would have received this amount on my figures.
Even if the 872 all went for it, each would have received $2293.5 dollars worth if they were divided equally!!!
