Whether it is a good buy or not will depend on your assessment of the Buying Price and value but KLA is certainly a successful Gold Producer, looking to produce 250,000 to $260,000 oz of Gold at Fosterville alone (about 50% of its Gold production. They have another active mine in Canada).
Fosterville will probably net them a profit of at least $1,250/oz so about $300m profit. They are predicting 400,000 oz pa at Fosterville in the coming years and their reserves have been increasing faster than they mine the yellow stuff.
Whether the horse has bolted or not, or there is still a lot of upside, thats the question?
